Teddy bears

Not long ago, Teddybär celebrated its 100th birthday. Teddy owes his name to American President Theodore Roosevelt. The incident, now known all over the world, took place in the autumn of 1902. President Roosevelt, an avid bear hunter, proudly refused to shoot a small bear cub his host had chased in front of his rifle.
